Enthusiastic Tour Guides – Møre og Romsdal, Norway 2026

Norway Excursions AS is looking for 10 motivated and dedicated tour guides for the summer season 2026. This is a unique opportunity to spend a season in the Norwegian fjords, working with cruise passengers and international travellers in one of the world’s most beautiful regions.

About the role

• Guiding half and full day tours for cruise and hotel guests
• Bus sightseeing, city walks and hiking tours
• Presenting Norwegian culture, history and nature
• Creating memorable and high-quality guest experiences
• Working in Ålesund or Stryn with tours in nearby ports

Main work locations

• Ålesund
• Stryn
• Geiranger
• Molde
• Åndalsnes
• Hellesylt
• Nordfjordeid
• Olden

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1) – required
• Minimum two additional languages, preferably several:
  • German – big plus
  • Dutch
  • French
  • Spanish
  • Italian
• Availability for the entire season (mid-April – mid-October)
• Genuine interest in Norwegian culture and nature
• Service-minded and flexible personality
• Positive attitude towards meeting international guests
