Destination Manager – Malmö, Sweden
Baltic Gateway AB, a leading shore excursion agent in Sweden since 1992, is looking for Destination Managers based in Malmö. The company works with international cruise lines operating in Stockholm and Scandinavian ports.
Main responsibilities

Communication and preparation of cruise ship calls

Planning and creating excursion programs
-
Contacting suppliers and venues in assigned ports
-
Managing bookings for the whole season

Updating suppliers regarding onboard sales

Coordinating with company representatives at the pier
-
Office-based operational support during cruise calls
Required skills

Fluent English – required
-
Additional languages are an advantage

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work under stress and keep focus

Service-minded and team-oriented

Good multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Advantage

Previous experience in tourism or cruise industry

Experience with cost control

1–2 years experience as Tourism Manager
