Professional Barber – Bodø, Northern Norway

The London Barber AS is looking for a skilled and passionate barber to join the team in Bodø. This is a great opportunity to live in Arctic Norway, develop your barbering skills and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.

What the company is looking for

• Positive and professional attitude towards clients and team
• Passion for hair and continuous improvement
• Strong scissor and clipper skills
• Experience from barbershop or hair salon
• English or Norwegian/Swedish language

Important:
Applicants must hold an EU/EEA or Swiss passport or have the legal right to work in Norway.

Main duties

Client services

• High-quality haircuts, fades, tapers and scissor cuts
• Beard trimming and grooming
• Advising clients on styles suited to face shape and hair type
• Hot towel shaves can be taught if needed

Customer experience

• Creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere
• Building long-term client relationships
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation

Professional standards

• Following hygiene and safety routines
• Efficient appointment management
• Team cooperation and positive shop culture

What is offered

• Starting salary: 35,000–40,000 NOK/month before tax
• Salary review after 6 months
