Swedish – an advantage but not mandatory

Your tasks

Preparation of seasonal menus inspired by classic Swedish and European cuisine

Working with fresh ingredients from local and national suppliers

Active participation in reducing food waste

Handling of special dietary requirements
-
Service for lunches, à la carte, set menus, weddings, barbecues, afternoon tea and conferences

Working both day and evening shifts
Requirements
-
2–4 years of experience as an à la carte chef
-
Secondary education in a relevant field
-
Experience from restaurant kitchen environment
-
Good knowledge of English
